they've qualified for the last 4 world cups and are one of the top 4 teams in South Africa! why don't they have a forum? They should have a section where all the other South American countries have one.
It's based primarily on traffic - if we have only 1 or 2 fans here it doesn't make much sense having a separate forum. If there are 10 or so fans that will post regularly, we usually accomodate those requests.

post the link? you mean post the link in the conmebol section? yeah my dad's from Paraguay and I have a lot of relatives down there, my mom is american, but I would play for Paraguay in a heartbeat. Paraguay is my favorite national team
hey paraguay deserves a orum. uruguay has one now and they have created many threads in these last months. plus it would be a real good git for a country whose NT will compete in the upcoming WC this june.
I voted in support for the forum but I think that instead of waiting for the influx of traffic because of the forum you should instead reach out to your friends and family back in South America. Get them to join BigSoccer and you stand a better chance of getting the desired traffic.
I voted, I mean cmon Bolivia has one and it's not like there are thousands of Bolivian posters running around. And Uruguay has about 4 posters and maybe one that actually makes sense
