Default Advocaat wants Rovers job - lol

"Former Holland coach Dick Advocaat has applied to replace Graeme Souness as Blackburn boss, according to reports.

The former Rangers boss is believed to be one of about 30 applicants, with the Rovers board planning to discuss the issue at a meeting on Thursday"

All of the reports are basically the same. All I can say about it is this. When Dick Advocaat becomes involved, immediately reach for the barge pole. This would be a very, very, very bad move for you lot. lol.

Sure would for them, Hughes would be the best but then Jewell is a great option, Strachan is contractless. Hell maybe even hoddle. I wouldn't take Dick though, so to speak.
This team isn't all that bad, just that Souness lost confidence and control and rather mismanaged this club to medicority or less in recent years.

We will start interviewing people in a few days so hopefully we can get a new manager in place soon.

I'd definitely choose Hughes, hpefully he can put some passion back in this group before it's too late.
