Default ICC Cricket Challenge!!!!

with the biggest cricket tourny (besides the WC) only one week away, i thought i'd set up an AllOut!-BigCricket ICC Champions Trophy Cricket Challenge

Rules:
-Pick which team you think will win, get 3 points
-Pick the bonus questions, get 1 point for each correct one.
-After the first round, a certain amount of players will be eliminated based on the amount of people playing. It will be announced before the comp starts.
-make picks like so:
Screen name (website/board)
Pick
Bonus answer
-so an example for the first to games:

the schedule will be listed as-
sept 10
USA-NZ
bonus:
will usa get over 100 runs?
will a nz player get a century?

Eng-ZIM
will Zim get over 100 runs?
will a eng player get a century?

the picks are to be listed like so-
AllOut! (bigcricket)
USA
Yes
No
(skip a line)
ENG
Yes
Yes

Any questions, post here. The reason i put (website/board) is so everyone can see which site you frequent/board you post on, sort of like having your hometown posted. This contest has been posted on numerous boards so it’s a good way to keep track.. Also, we can see if a certain site has some people who have no idea how to pick winners!

That being said all are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you have been a long time cricket fan who is a self proclaimed expert (I know there’s a lot of you out there!), or a cricket newbie. The object is to bring cricket fans from different sites together and have fun.

I have a challenge currently going on for the AFL (aussie footy) and its going well. Its only been promoted on two sites and we have 29 people signed up, so for this I expect more, so keep in mind spots will be limited. Check out www.BigCricket.com and scroll to the bottom to see the set-up, and check out this link to see how the rules are-

Schedule and bonus questions to come soon, so post here if you are interested, no picks yet until the full schedule and bonus questions are listed!

Why is the USA in this tournament. It seems all the big cricket countries are involved and then you have the USA. Seems kinda strange to me

Unlike the football world the cricket world wants to give the smaller cricket nations some experience and this is a great way to do it.

The USA team is full of immigrants from the indian sub-continent and from the caribbean .
I dont think there is a single USA born player in the team .
It is a similar story with the canadian team .

pitty though again, americans dont tend to take up a european/world sport.

its obvious that baseball, was formed from cricket. just like rugby was copyed, put on a load of pretection and called it football, american football. why???

i was watching baseball the other night and i couldnt hack more than 10 mins of it, it is so boring. i must admit cricket isnt the best of sports, but its more entertaining i believe, and most of the world agrees. who plays baseball??? im not saying its crap, but i believe its a cheap twist of the game cricket.

one other thing, is there any US F.1 racing teams or drivers ect??? again if there isnt its yet more proof that they have to have the own, i think theres a cheap copy of F1 too in the states... is it called indy 500 or something???

unbelievable
