Re: 2010 J1 Official Thread [R] HA! All of this offseason training for my body is going to pay off. Ganbatte with 2-4am J-league match watching!
Re: 2010 J1 Official Thread [R] I really can't wait for this season. The teams have improved quite a lot, and most of them seem pretty exciting. I've worked out that I should be able to make the following games in my short stint back in Japan. Cerezo v Urawa (depending on jetlag) Urawa v Shonan Tokyo v Kashima Yokohama v Shimizu ... And I might be able to make Kobe v Urawa in the cup round, if I can get back from Korea in time. And it kind of depends on how much money I have... though I should be able to break the bank a little for it.
*Massively* looking forward to the Jubilo - Vegalta game today (8 PM PST)! Hopefully I can find a stream of it, but if not, I'll have to follow the only ways I can. (J. League site, Vegalta site, etc.) To be honest, I am concerned about Vegalta this year. I don't know if they have the scoring threats to be effective in J1 (heck, they were barely effective in J2...). Hopefully they can at least keep it tight at the back. We'll see, though! GO! 行くぞ仙台!
The french channel Eurosport 2 has bought the rights of the J.League two years ago and keeps on broadcasting because it has some success. Tomorrow they'll broadcast Kashima - Urawa live, can't wait. Good season to all of you ! 楽しんで !
Of course, everyone said the same about Montedio last year, and they started the year off by scoring 6 against Jubilo at Yamaha... I'm cautiously more optimistic for today's game.
any links for the games starting? atmark's urawa channel (that did other j1 games too) has been shut down
Unfortunately, not watching. :-( Following Japanese posters on twitter and J. League's official site.
Jubilo - Vegalta radio feed, if anyone's interested: http://www3.stream.co.jp/web/live/j-league/vegalta-sendai/live32.asx

FC Tokyo and Yokohama FM 0-0 to start this second half. Defense doing it's job so far. Come on Shun Shun! edit: shun shun not suited up.
