Default Blanc vs O'Shea

Why does Fergie constantly play Blanc over O'Shea? Blanc is incredibaly show, and old. He constantly misses his marked man and loses the posession?

I think it's just a matter of time. I've been really impressed with O'Shea's composure on the ball. At this point, I'd say he's in front of Wes Brown.

I'd agree. Right now, O'Shea has been actively needed on the wing due to injuries, but as the season moves on, you'll gradually see him partnering Rio as Blanc phases into retirement.

I saw O'shea in person twice last week vs hiafa, and Tottenham and he was great. He had a couple of slips where the offence was able to get behind him, but he recovered nicely. looked good for the future.

Blanc is another player that Alex has a blind spot over. He really is far too slow for the Premiership. Classy?. Sure, but only at Serie A pace.

Default O'Shea one for now

Blanc is short on pace, but his experience and reading of the game are assets. I am sure that O'Shea and Brown are learning from him.

At least I hope they are!!

Definetly. Brown in RB and O'Shea with Rio in central defense will be awsome to watch. I just wish Fergie would figure out Silvestre sucks and let him go.
