Seriously, I LOVE the new look. I'm very pleased with the design. It's simple and clean. It could have been much, much worse. Guess I'm going to have to buy the LS home authentic. OK, and the away one too. Also a short-sleeved one for summer.
It is better than last season's jersey, but that's not saying much. I haven't bought a replica jersey, since the thumbprint design 4 or 5 years ago, and I can't see myself dropping money on this shirt when the new USA jersey is coming later this year. I thought the design mockups that several posters here on Big Soccer did, especially the ones based on the Germany World Cup jersey, looked much better. I'm not trying to be a smart ass, but how does the jersey design process work? Does Adidas come in with 3 or 4 possible designs and the team just picks one? Would it be at all possible for the team to put the proposed designs on the web site and let the fans vote on their favorite to at least get some feedback?
Agreed the mock up on teh Germany kit was amazing. They seem really expensive this year as well for such a basic kit.
Yeah, isn't this significantly higher than usual? I remember get one for that much with customization. I want one of each, but I'll have to hold off at that price to save up for a while.
