Default keeping fit

during off-season periods, and during football seasons.. i swim an hour and a half everday. is that too much?!?! should i cut it down?

It depends on your fitness level. Try cutting back on the swimming for a while. If you notice a boost in your endurance while playing soccer, then you are probably doing too much. If you don't notice a difference, then keep on swimming.
