Default What to eat?

i have tryouts and I was wondering what I sould eat and drink for breakfast. Thanks in advance.

cereal. nothing heavy. no milk. cereal and oj. or pop tart and oj. nothing over 300-400 cals

Pretty much anything light such as Cereal, Oatmeal or pancakes should be good.

Learn from my mistakes, pancakes dripped in syrup and bacon b4 soccer not a good idea, I did it everyday for 2 weeks and it took me 4 weeks to realize why I felt like crap the first hour of practice. Cereal and fruits on the other hand work miracles, keep it light and ull be fine.

Plenty of complex carbs, porridge and sliced banana is quality aslong as you eat it about 3 hours before the game.
