Default blisters

What are the best easy solutions for blisters so that a player can keep playing relatively pain free?

Moleskin. You can buy it at most drug stores. I'm pretty sure Dr. Schole's (sp?) makes some. Before you play, if you haven't gotten the blister yet, but you know where you normally get blisters then just cut a piece of moleskin to cover that spot and stick it on there.

If you've already gotten a blister, then cut a piece of moleskin with a hole in the middle and put that around the blister. You don't want to cover the blister up because moleskin is pretty sticky and it would really hurt to take it off later. The moleskin is thick enough to protect the sore spot from the shoe rubbing against it anymore.

PREVENTION - If I know I have a long day ahead or new boots, I put vaseline on my feet. Vaseline also works well between the legs if you get chaffing there.

Moleskin like bungadiri said works. But there are also these donut pads put that you put over the blister to make the skin level
