thats pretty sick justin. the only way id do that much running is like if well i would never do that much running on my own. thats pretty good commitment though. i just hate running so i usually just get my running in while playing pick up games for 2-3 hours 2 or 3 times a week with practicing in my backyard. i usually stay in decent shape by doing that routine

yea i feel ya there man, i absolutely just hate going out for a run. occasionally i do some intervals on a hill. start slow up the hill once, then the next time a little faster, and so on, until your sprinting as fast as you can up the hill. then, go back down the ladder and do a slow jog to warm down.
but other than something little like this, i never run. i just trust my natural fitness, which isnt that great, but it gets me through a game.
