Default Crystal Palace, Norwich City and West Brom Players?

I am entering into a fantasy league and I am quite unfamiliar with Crystal Palace, Norwich City and West Brom players. Who are the key couple players for each team that are healthy and going to play regularly in the games when the regular season starts? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Norwich City: Leading scorers last season were Darren Huckerby [13] and Leon McKenzie [9]. The big summer signing was Thomas Helveg. New signing Moroccan Youssef Safri will probably not be fit for Crystal Palace.

Will David Bentley get regular first team action for Norwich?

Judging from the last two preseason matches I'd say yes. Played 90 in both. Scored a goal today against Peterborough.

Looks like Huckerby may have an injury problem though. I think he got hurt during the Cambridge match.

Helvig played today for the first time as a Canary.

Is Jason Koumas (West Brom) injured also?

Keep an eye on Norwich keeper Robert Green. He is only 24 and has been called into the England squad in the last year for his performances, remember Sven picking Division 1 (now League Championshiop) players for the England squad is a rarity, so that says a lot. On the flipside, do not put money on Huckerby; he is one of those players (like Irishmen David Conolly & Mark Kennedy) that continually excel in lower competition, but cannot compete internationally or in the Premiership.
