Question plyometrics

I keep hearing about plyometrics but I have no idea what they are could someone tell me what they are and some of the excercises.

I got bored of waiting for good posts so i just went out and bout jumping into plyometrics.

unless you are already in really good shape, plyo can cause injury

ITs good. i like it. damn this stuff makes me crazy tired and they are a huge help i now have a 35 inch vertical jump and can win any header

I can jump 9 feet high on one leg.
