Question Should I see a doctor? Physical therapist?

A little more than a year ago I had Plantaar fasciitis. I know none of you are doctors, but I need advice on something.

When I had it, I changed my running form to stop the pain. Now my running form is all messed up, and it destroys how fast I run. I can still get around really fast, but my speed has gotten slower, I ran faster in 5th grade than I did in 8th. Should I do the frappier plan (www.frappieracceleration.com) talk to a doctor, a physical therapist, both, one after the other, tough it out, train myself, or what?
Thanks for any help

Seeing an orthopedist wouldn't hurt. Explain the problem and have him or her check you out to see if there are any injury still there. After that, the doc can probably help you plan out some recovery and therapy.

Physical therapist- i had a muscular problem in my back following a slipped disc. When i went to the Pt they just made my back worse. it got tighter and i had to go to the ER cause i couldnt move. THEY SUCK . a sad sad time.

It's not the plantaar fasciitis that I'm worried about as mucn - it's more changing my running form, but I dont want it to come back either.
