New Deal for Niemi

Whooyeah. Best keeper in the EPL signed to Saints until 2008. Makes me happy. A curious sentence at the end of the article - "more follows keep logging back" suggests there is one more signing today. Hope its DMB

You totally right. Very smart move, by Soton. I was very impressed with him every time I saw Niemi play last season. He really made The Saints, that much better!

I was happy to see this too. Having a class GK like Niemi in nets is the diff between a relegation fight and a mid-table finish.
