As some of you know, there have been on going rumors of Philips leaving Southampton for Glasgow to be one of McLiesh's troops. As the rumor goes, Rangers are clearing people out this summer and will have plenty of room to pay KP the kind of wages that he was making at Sunderland.

I have a hard time seeing Southampton letting KP go. Since he's shown he can still play, I'd expect the Saints to want to hold on to him. And I haven't heard anything from Philips to indicate he's at all interested in leaving.

What are everyone else's thoughts on this? Will Philips leave the south coast for Scotland? Should he?
