Hattrick Organizer Training Q

Ikari BigSoccer Member+ Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Las Vegas, NV	Hattrick Organizer Training Q One of the tabs on HO is for training, and lets you break down how training will be affected by the number of coaches, intensity, experience level, etc. What has me confused, is the way some of the numbers are displayed. With 3 goal coaches and 94% intensity, keeper stats has a green negative number (-1). The manual doesn't state how I'm supposed to comprehend it. Does that mean that the number of weeks before a stat increase has been reduced by one? I am a bit confused.
