Training-Week 11
I had the one pop I expected. He will be on the market starting tomorrow at around 20:00 HT time. 19 yo Solid PM.
My roster is a mess though. I have a huge glut of trainees and may have a fire sale in the next few weeks if I can't get some of the little twits to pop. Next week will be a pain in the butt, trying to get training for everyone.

Re: Training-Week 11
Had a keeper pop to solid. Other trainee is only one week away from solid as well. And my form looks great as well--changing to 6 GK coaches and 4 asst. coaches has been a gooddecision (so far--knock on wood and other HT-god appeasments).
Helghallen, I know that once your 19yo turns 20, he'll take longer to train, but wouldn't your training regimen yeild far more profit if you trained them a level or two past solid?

Re: Training-Week 11
form was kinda suck. My middie who was injured for two weeks dropped to poor, not really a suprise but I was hoping he wouldn't be part of the form change goup.
my last striker popped to solid finally.

Re: Training-Week 11
Form is starting to go down a little, the IM I was planning on playing in the league match this weekend fell to weak form, and will now be pushed into the cup side only. Instead, I will be playing a different player. Other then him though, most were pretty steady and the rest of my league starters seem to be in good form for the late season run.

Re: Training-Week 11
Training Stamina this week... so I had 21 pops.
3 guys actually jumped up 2 levels, and form didn't take nearly the hit I was expecting. +2 / -8 is pretty liveable as far as I'm concerned.

He would take longer but the fact is I bought him as an inadequate late last season, when he was 18. I can sell him, buy a 17 yo and train him to the same age and make more money. In fact, once I sell him, I will have only one 19 yo trainee on the roster and he'll stay because he is already formidable

Re: Training-Week 11
Had a winger go to excellent playmaking and my 3rd midfielder go to magnificent playmaking. Would like another winger to bump soon.

Re: Training-Week 11
nada, but then I wasn't expecting any.
I've got 1 too many trainees too. Not that big a deal with my injuries I'm nursing. Got an original player IM who's too old, but he's my most experienced IM and my second best IM. He's about to pop excellent. I might sell him in the middle of next season's cash rich US Cup. In the meantime, I'm waiting for the other trainees to catch up to him.

Re: Training-Week 11
I've also got one too many trainees. My main trainees are all 17 (except for one 19yo), but I've got one 18yo that I pulled this season and since he was inadequate I couldn't sell him but since my 17yo's were inadequate at the time I kept him around. Now he's around as injury cover and I guess I'll sell him if he pops to passable, or just get sick of him and fire him.
No pops, but I wasn't expecting any.
