ok, anyone have experience with PIC/MOTS??

I Mots my league match 2 weeks ago, won big and TS sank to Furious. I PIC'd my most recent match, lost and the TS only rose to Irritated?

I thought PIC jumped your TS 2 levels (to composed or content or whatever)??...

I have a solid coach/poor leader...I'm sure thats a big factor. I have a semi-clown (symp/solid)....

Recently I had a similar experience. I MOTS'ed and sank to "furious". I then sat at "irritated" for three weeks.

My experience was a little different as I did not PiC but played normal for those other matches.

It was not until after I won a game that I got back to "composed".

I have a full clown and an inadequate leadership coach.

Winning games seems to be the key.

thanks, thats interesting. I play the worst team in the division this weekend, so a win (playing normal) with my TS at irritated shouldnt be a problem. Couple key matches after that tho, so I hope it does get back to composed.

I think your poor leader of a coach has one thing to do with it, but the fact that you were smoked 7-0 in your PIC match might have a lot to do with it as well. Supporters don't like big losses, especially when you get shut out, and I don't think the players appreciate it either. Your confidence takes a hit as well, which in turn affects your ability to finish off scoring chances (from what I've read and been told).

When I made it to the Major League 2 seasons ago, I PIC-ed a lot of matches and got stomped. My TS never rose very far, and my confidence plummetted. I was finally upset in the USOC in a match I should've won.

Just a theory, though.

Interesting, because I've been able to make very modest TS gains PICing and winning despite being out the of the cup, only having a semi-clown team leader, and only having a poor leadership coach.

gotcha, so I think my mistake was PIC'ng right after MOTS v the top team in my league...and getting hamered 7-0. Perhaps I should have waited a week, then PIC'd against the last place team this coming match...
