But Rummenige (Bayern's chairman) hinted that he would be acquiring a young Japanese player and actually named Okubo. Probably Yanagisawa will participate. Since some clubs come in contact with him, he has to sell himself. Toda and Hiroyama must also look for the next club in Europe. However, since they are not the players of Kashima, Zico is uninterested.
Re: Official Japanese Abroad Thread 2004-05 [R] I've never thought Okubo is a quality player at all. His intelligence is below the average , and his technique as well as his speed is just average. Tanaka should be far better and should be given a shot at the senior NT.

Re: Japanese International Thread [R] kazuo matsui has been the biggest disappointment with so much high expectation since nomo opened up the gate for asian major leagues. none of nomo, sasaki, ichiro, ishii, and h.matsui made us disappointed this much...oh wait, there's one: hideki irabu. in a sense he wasn't such a disappointment though. what's up with stupid errors and .250 avg? i don't think shinjo was that bad in his first year for the mets. it seems like japanese players never do super for the mets.
