Not as quick, not as good a shot- but there's something 'there' I think. He's still young....who knows?
yes, between the 800 in attendence in Colorado, and the Rapids inability to score on open goals (Brown actually should save that tape- he could get some nice tryouts with that). But it is always interesting to compare players, and Twellman's poucher style, and quick, heady fakes remind me of one of the only (few) English strikers that I've ever liked, and is quality-thru-and-thru. I could see Taylor- all things going right- make a McBride-like appearance in Premiership one day....he'll be good enough..maybe at a younger age too.
Didn't Alan Shearer perform at the international stage? I think Twellman is too good not do well with the USMNT. He looked good in his minutes during the US/MEX game.
