Buying Championship Manager
I am really wanting to buy this game. I have heard and read such great things about it. However, I have only seen it for sale for $40 or so. I did explore ebay and found some on there for $18 or so, but they ship from Thailand without instruction booklets. Does anyone know of a website or a store here in the States that sells this game at a cheaper price. If worse comes to worse, I will pay the $40, but I just wanted to ask people before I made the purchse. Thanks!

Re: Buying Championship Manager
Not available in the states, the closest option is Canada. I think its www.gogamer.com or www.gogamer.net.

Re: Buying Championship Manager
How new is the game? Because I know Chicago has lots of used stores where you might be able to find the game at a discount.
Those games are tough, I never could score a goal when I played!!!

Re: Buying Championship Manager
That is what I was thinking about doing, but I want the instructions in English and also, I can't seem to find one that is shipping within the US. Everything is from Thailand. I will have to keep my eyes open for it. Thanks!

Congrats. I do not know how to play this game, but I have heard great things. I can't wait to get it. I am going on vacation for two weeks and when i get back, the game should be here.

If you've never played CM before and actually get into it - prepare to seemingly vanish off the face of the earth for 4-6 weeks . Happened to me last April-early May.

I got a copy about a year ago off kazaa. But, without instructions, I'm pretty sure I was not getting my maximum enjoyment out of the game.
So I play the Sick As A Parrot demo every few months, instead.
