I have trained passing and will do so again. I don’t consider that a mistake. My mistake would have been in picking up players with abysmal passing ratings. I don’t regret the training.

I do regret Henrik my inadequate skill/passable leadership coach though. I’ll hang on to him for a while though. I can live with the slower training for now.

The only other thing I’ll comment on is the extra 0. I have come close a few times to doing it. But it would be sweet irony and cruel karma because I always laugh at the people who list their players for 1.2 mil instead of the 120K they intended.

How about hiring people when you intended to fire them? Or maybe hired the wrong people and then had to fire them. I have down both and cost me close to 30K because of it.

as soon as I started I picked up on the idea of selling off some decent older players and buying trainee-age players...

however, I hadn't yet crasped the "clown" concept, so I sold one off....ended up getting 60K which is undervalued for sure...and I never would have sold him had I known his real value wasnt as a 25yo inad defender...

Probably the inadequate/inadequate coach...waiting until I get $600k for the solid-weak coach to upgrade.

My dumbest thing I did was to spend too much money to early on players that I mostly didn't need, only one of the players I've bought has lasted with the team the rest are gone.

Minor overspending on a couple of transfers early. One wasn't a big deal ($50k for an inadequate keeper, I should have bought him for less than that, but I got $2.5 MM for selling him so the $50k is no longer a big deal. The other wasn't a big deal because I only spent $10k on the guy.

I also wasted effort training one of my YPs up from high weak to solid over the course of a season. I would have been better off training a younger inadequate to formidable in the same amount of time.
