Messi had more assists than Navas last season and scored 19 more goals in fewer matches played.

Thats not what I saw in Marca and La Cope. Messi did have more passes, but Navas had more completed passes. Messi plays as Center foward more than a Midfielder! Navas is a player from the right wing. So your looking at short crosses run by Messi, rather that wing crosses. Ether way Navas had more completed passes.

Messi is not a center forward. Messi is a wing forward that plays mostly through the right but likes to shift positions during matches. His main role has always been on the right. Completed passes is not the same thing as assists which is what you mentioned. Messi had 11 assists in La Liga last season, navas had 9.

Either way, to make a best of La Liga and not include the best player in the world is dumb. If he doesnt fit the system you want of sending crosses then change the system.

Sorry buddy your wrong! Even in assistances Navas Completed 11 same as Messi, He had 9 by February the 27 and was injured for a month, he was the maximum assister in La Liga then and topped xavi by one goal.

No, you are wrong. If he had the same amiount as Messi how is the "maximum assister in La liga". Either way that's wrong as well since Xavi had more assists than both Messi and Navas.

Navas is eassily the best player in Spain in his position and the most Underrated player in Europe, if not the most (at least top 3). He has penetration and nothing to envy Messi. Plus Messi has Xavi and Iniesta, for back up. Navas has, Renato and Capel and even though they are good there is a considerable difference!
