Default Substitution pattern

Even thought we did great yesterday, I wondered about our substitution pattern at 2-0 because of the risk of injuries.

Ameobi for Lua Lua is good since he won't get to play much when Bellamy comes back or when hell freezez over and Cort gets healthy.

But, I would take out Solano really early in any game that isn't close because we haven't got much depth on the right side and give Kerr a chance.

I also believe that Sir Bobby should have taken out Dyer (you can't risk him) and give a trot out to Jenas.

When the league cup time comes, I wish he'll send Chopra in the mix. It would be a good time to see if can be any help this year.
