Does a coach affect you youth squad
Does the experience of your coach affect how quickly the youth squad pop's?
My Youth is on Soild and has been for 9 weeks, I hear it takes 16 to get to excellent.

No, coach doesnt do anything. Investment is the only factor in youth squad development.
