Grabbi scores!
the boy's got game!
i didn't know he was back with the Rovers, has he overcome his homesickness finally and come to England with the right attitude?
btw,how moronic was that yellow card? i can only explain it with the typical presumption of british referees to have to patronize italian players

Great goal, rocket of a header. Amazing that he came on and scored in 64 seconds...let's hope he gets a little more playing time if Yorke or Cole struggles. Good to know he can pick up some of the slack that you get from missing Jansen.
What's Grabbi's story anyway...I am guessing you are knowledgeable of his professional origins??

he's a product of Juventus youth system; he had an exceptional debut in serie A,scoring in the occasion and suggesting he was going to become a great player, but then he didn't follow on such a good start and was sold to Ternana in serie B.
he scored 20 goals in a season and Blackburn grabbed him
he spent last part of the season at Messina, and i know Udinese was interested in him,in case they found a buyer for Muzzi, which didn't happen
i watched an italian tv report last winter where he was complaining of not adjusting to the climate and lifestyle of Blackburn, and not having friends on the team other than Tugay.frankly he looked like a sulking spoiled boy who took an important decision of his life without considering it carefully and preparing for the consequences; hopefully he has grown and has the right determination this time
he's smart, technically good, doesn't hang on the ball preferring to play with first touches... i like his game and he's perfect for the Premiership

From July 2003, and onwards, I'll agree.
