Final series standings prediction
We're now a little more than a quarter of the way into the new season, and I thought it might be fun to predict where the teams in my series will finish using current form, which teams have played, etc. (at the end of the season I'll check back and see how the final results compare, of course). Feel free to add predictions for your own series....
The list is my projected finish order. The first number is the current points (after four games) and the second number is projected points (after 14 games).
- Pack, 12, 41
- Cerrano, 12, 41
- AC Venemous Butterflies, 6, 28
- Flatirons FC, 6, 20
- Evil Runtities, 7, 19
- AC Opatjia, 3, 6
- Dark Brood, 1, 2
- Zareenstaad, 0, 0

Re: Final series standings prediction
In V.84:
1/2 Brays Bayou FC and Flashotcite -- Flashotcite has a slight edge right now, since they drew in the match at my place.
3. Ole
4. New Bremen Chickens
5. vick tyme's
6. Grand Rapids
7. Stingers
8. Miami Black Birds (or whatever they're called by then)
The battle for relegation could be interesting -- Stingers has been pulling NSIs in the mid-50's, but I'd still characterize them as "soft" since they play a vanilla 4-4-2 and can't win the midfield against the serious teams in the series. New Bremen also plays a vanilla 4-4-2, but they keep games close and get their share of upsets. They could slip to fifth easily enough. Ole is good enough to be dangerous; I don't think they're in the running for promotion after BBFC beat them on the road in week 1, but they might still steal second.

They can't both get 41 points. Heck, nobody can get 41 points, and the most a pair of teams can tie with is 39.

Re: Final series standings prediction
Not gonna mess with the points either
1. MoKan Mighty Bastards
2. Raytown Rangers 82
3. Island Jazz
4. Adrenaline Rush
5. Red Mambas
6. Timbuktu Rockets
7. Ramblin's Wreck
8. Boise Allstars
1-3 was hard for me to pick, because the 1st team while good, is going to be interesting, because he can be beat, the team in 3rd is good now, but I think once they play me, and MoKan back to back, it's going to knock them down a little.
4-6 was hard for me to pick, the three of them all could finish anwhere in that group of 3

I want first but, if I was a betting man, I'd say... Keep in mind that 1-3 could be very close.
1. Ginobili
2. Final Strike
3. Mongrel FC (my saving grace is I have #1 and #2 at home to finish the season)
4. BC Strikers
5. Cosmos United
6. The Crimson Pheonixes
7. Maratitans
8. D - team just taken over

Re: Final series standings prediction
This really is kinda silly for me to do, but:
Series VI.809
1. Dynamo KC 42 pts
2-8 various bot teams.
I don't think I will see a human in this division till late or at all.

Re: Final series standings prediction
No, they won't put a human in there for a year or two if they continue the current pattern of series changeover in division VI.
