Re: The Resources Thread
Player Ages, circa November 2002. A ridiculously useful resource for player ages, I don't know if there's a more recent one.

Re: The Resources Thread
While not exactly a resource, I just wanted to offer anyone who is doing some sort of MLS related stats thing, if they want some web space and/or some help setting something up on a web page to PM me and we can probably get something going.

Not a lot of soccer-just the penalty kick study that's been talked about here. But it's good to see the various methodology used-might provide insight re: how to use metrics in soccer.

Re: The Resources Thread
Math terms got you confused? Want to be even more confused?
Reference sources:
Wolfram Research's Mathworld (from the makers of Mathematica software)
For an easier to read source, look up the term in any encyclopedia, a decent free one is found at www.wikipedia.org.
