Default leicester to go to court over wise ?

read today leicester will go to court if their fl appeal case fails.
they would surely be guarenteed a win in court as a court would never look on assault as not being a non-fireable offence ....... would they?.

I sure hope they'd win any legal action considering Dennis Wise broke Callum Davidson's cheekbone over a game of cards.

I just hope the club doesn't have to spend too much time and money with this.
