I will be updating the Wikipedia page when the lists come out. Normally MLS only releases the exposed players, so you have to do a little work to figure out who was actually protected:

There's no way all those players graduated unless they're basically getting rid of the GA program. And there's no way, for example, that Chicago wouldn't protect Husidic or Dallas wouldn't protect Shea. So that part seems wrong.

The Dynamo press release says that Cruz is a GA and is automatically protected. So that shoots that list down a bit IMHO.
