Modifications to U.S. roster for Denmark game
Please post them here as you find them.
RoboBob says we can possibly expect them, and rumor has it that Cooper could be joining the squad.
Anyone know of any others?

Re: Modifications to U.S. roster for Denmark game
The YA Gameday forum says that Torres said after last night's game that he had been called in for Denmark.

*Four players will be added to the USA roster and three dropped for Wednesday's friendly at Denmark. We're anticipating an official announcement this morning. Mexican-based Jose Francisco Torres and Edgar Castillo are expected to be on the updated list.
|
So I'm thinking Cooper, Torres, Castillo, and I hope Holden. If we're adding Castillo then I would assume we would drop one of the other left backs. Same for Cooper at forward. I hope Johnson or Casey is dropped and Cunningham gets a better look. For the other player dropped probably Dax or Kljestan.

Why would you want to see Eddie dropped. I thought he did ok out there and I want to see him get the start with Altidore. I think we all know that Castillo and Torres are coming, I wouldnt call anyone up from the fire no one is good enough.

I think if Cooper is coming in then he might get that start.
Maybe the four would be Torres, Castillo, Cooper...............and I'll go with Cameron. With Torres coming in, do we really need another midfielder in Holden? I went with Cameron due to Marshall's little injury. If he's not going to play, might as well bring in another option. I wasn't impressed with Goodson.........never really have been.
Although wouldn't it make a ton of sense if the 4th was Jeremiah White?

Personally I hope it's Holden, Rolfe, Torres, and Castillo.
