A tryout hopeful for Philly MLS, but:
For the 20-year-old Cafferky, a former standout at Haverford High School, the open tryouts can’t come soon enough. He’ll be performing for Peter Nowak at the first open tryout session set for Mercer County Park, Field No. 1 in Trenton, N.J., on Saturday, November 14.

Cafferky, who has been playing for Swedish team Mariedals I.K., said that he is fully recovered from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, after surgery in early 2009.

Statistically, the odds are against him latching on with MLS but who knows?

Perhaps one to watch.
