Default This is interesting... Connor Casey, hmm...

Revs need a striker, that's for sure. I don't particularly care for the guy, but he can score and he seems to beat on defenders as much as they beat on him. Pair him with TNT, it could be interesting...

Ummm... are we still counting on TnT to return? Wouldn't Casey be more of the replacement for TnT?

As an opponent I think he's a jerk/thug, but in a Revs' uniform...I don't know how I feel about that.

I can't think of a single guy on the Revs (besides Sharlie) that would work in a trade for a 16 goal scorer like Casey. We can't put an attractive enough package together to make it worth Colorado's while.

Well we trade good players for allocations and superdraft picks, why wouldnt other teams do the same for us?

I'd settle for a striker that could play 90 minutes and wasn't injured the entire season.

I agree that two years ago, CC would have been the perfect striker partner for Twellman; but the reality now is that the only Rev player on the same shelf as Casey is Shalrie, who is most definitely not on the table.

The other negative is that Casey is going to be in USMNT camp and South Africa for much of next season.
