New Stadium Discussion
I was looking for a place to post this comment and noticed the only stadium thread was closed.
I drove by the site of the new stadium this afternoon. In N Out Burger is building a new store in the parking lot of the new Lowes.

Re: New Stadium Discussion
I could do with something a little better than In 'N Out Burger, know what I'm saying? Some vegetarian food nearby would be good. Maybe a Mondo Burrito Annex? In the stadium? Yumm!
Go Quakes!!

I hope no one decides to close the new stadium thread ...........
On the other hand, I'd hope we start to see some digging soon......but I doubt it....

Oh god! I'll respect your need for vegetarian offerings but Mondo Burrito? Mondo is just another restaurant on the list of San Jose restaurants that serve incredibly bland "Mexican" food. Yuck.

Yeah, but it's a fun place to meet up before Quakes games now.
I used to like Bueno Bueno in Moutain View because they had a vegan burrito on the menu, but they are gone. I like El Molino in Redwood City. In San José, is Super Taqueria still there? or Tacos El Pastor?
I have finally found decent Mexican food up here. Happily, it's within walking distance of my place!
Go Quakes!!

Mark, next time you're down this way stop in at Taqueria La Bamba in Mountain View, best Mexican/Salvadoran food in the bay area. You can thank me later with a nice bottle of Burbon

The Royal Oak closed and re-opened as the Coleman Still, with a changed menu and beer selection. Imo the change has been for the worse, though when you compare it to The Hut.........
