Exclamation [NQR] Don't forget to turn all of your clocks and watches BACK one hour tonight (Saturday, 10/31/09)

Before going to bed tonight, turn your clocks and watches back one hour.

You'll gain an extra hour of sleep (or whatever), though it'll be darker earlier in the evening for the next few months.

GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!!

My favorite day of the year (PST - not Halloween!) I've been tired since we "sprung forward"!

I hate these arbitrary changes in time and timing. How about we set the clocks back 10 years so we can all be younger again.

Good idea. I'd like 40 years, though. Problem: Most of the people on this forum wouldn't have been born yet.

I'm setting my clock back to 1998, because this year's Quakes remind me of the 1998 Clash (second successive year in the cellar). You may recall that after 1998 came one more year in the cellar, then one season 2nd from last, and then 2001 and the cup. I think, realistically, that's about where we are right now.

I'd rather it be 2000 as we won in 2001.....

Yeah, I'd take this last season as comparable. Let's hope the parallels continue.

In order to repeat that task, you need two players. If we all recall, we got LAndy & Agoos.....they made the difference...

Others would argue that some of the additional acquisitions helped in making that difference in 2001, Lagos, Ekelund, etc., but something like the two you mention would be nice. (In many ways, Jeff may have been the most important of those acquisitions.....)
