Come cheer the Juniors Oct 24 before Watching Party for FCD
OK - We all know that the final FCD game is being played Sat night in Seattle.
The FCD FO is throwing us a big watching party with food and drinks at the Stadium Club.
And an Open House to pick your seat for next year.
AND we get to meet the new U-17/18 FCD Jrs and show them what it is like being cheered on by the great fans of FCD. Some of the kids are new and have yet to experience what it is like for pro soccer fans to be there cheering you on, in addition to their own friends and family.
So make a sign or two for the kids, sport the FCD colors (wait, what is it we are calling it now?...Stripe it UP!), and make some noise for the young up and coming FCD Jrs players.
FCD U-17/18 Jrs will be playing ON THE STADIUM FIELD! You know they will be excited about that.
Sat Oct 24
6:00 PM FC Dallas U-17/18 vs. Texas Rush SC U-17/18 PHP - Stadium Field
( Hint, hint: if you want to get there a little earlier, you can catch...)
FCD U-15/16s at 4:00 on Field 4 vs. Texas Rush SC U-15/16
* * * * * * * * SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY * * * * * * * * *
The Jrs will also be playing on Sunday, against the orange scourge from HOUSTON:
Sun Oct 25 10:00 AM FC Dallas U-15/16 vs. Houston Dynamo U-15/16 PHP - Field 4 U-15/16
Sun Oct 25 12:00 PM FC Dallas U-17/18 vs. Houston Dynamo U-17/18 PHP - Field 4 U-17/18

9 and 7 have trained with FCD, they are the one to watch at this point. 20 I like and has played in a scrimmage with FCD reserves.

U-18's are undefeated in first place and U-16's are tied for first place with 1 loss in 5 games.

Remember, the youth teams are about development more than they are about winning....
And if you want to get a feel for that - especially for those who like to see attacking soccer - I *highly* recommend you watch them live. Very exciting stuff.

True. But I would think winning would help attract some of the better players in the area.
My recollection is that when FC Dallas first started its youth program the teams were only moderately successful.
So it's nice to hear they're doing so well this season.
