Here are the Champions who have yet to debut in first division and who havent been able to consolidate themselves with their teams, i guess theyre the forgotten ones
A la espera de la oportunidad...

Sergio Javier Arias

I still have hope that Ever Guzman an recover and have a brilliant career. I thought he was the best natural goal scorer that was on that team. I thought he would end up in Europe and be a top notch scorer. He's still young and has a chance if he can make it back up to Primera.

same here

i really hope this guy gets more chances

in the last year or two, the few chances he's gotten in Morelia he has scored some goals

but there is no consistency with the coaches

the one who used him a lot was Dario Franco, go figure a foreigner coach has given him more chances than the Mexican coaches Morelia has had

I have high hopes for Pato Araujo. Your not named a Captain for nothing. He obviously showed some leadership back than, maybe he's a late bloomer? If anything, La Verde needs some one who can be a leader on the field for the future. I just don't see Guardado being that leader. All of these guys are still young too, They weren't all the best players we had, we have to remember that some of these guys were, and still are nothing more than just role players. Edgar Andadre is another guy I want to see shine. He has hight and speed, if only he could combine those with skills and consistency.

How the hell can he be a late bloomer if he's had his best moments as a youngster? I still think he'll end up a key piece of the MNT in the future, though. I think he does a lot of things better than Torrado already. Just needs more refining.

Pato has had to learn a new position. Originally he was a CB but has been playing dmid for Chivas these last few years. Also, due to the youth team callups he lost his spot on teh starting eleven to Chore Mejia a few times.

Sergio Arias last I remember reading he had the wrong attitude and wrong work habits. Same thing with Ever Guzman but looks like he straightened himself out. I disagree he is a natural scorer. If anything he seemed to have a never die personality which is what surprised me when he was initially disciplined by Morelia.

What I meant about Ever is he seemed to me more of a garra type than a flashy type.

Ever Guzman has all the talent he needs to be a top player, but he is very tactically indisciplined. His attitude reminds me a bit of Bofo, I think Morelia would have had more patience with him had Elias Hernandez not shown up.

Enrique Esqueda was part of the U17 WC Champs, no?

I saw a video of him holding the trophy in Peru.
