-Works well with struggling clubs
-Has a strong defensive sense
-He's Roman

Con:

-Not known for his work with younger players
-Not much creativity or free-flowing football in his tactics
-Can be stubborn in his formations and starting 11 selections
-Jury is still out on how much he can excel in a high-pressure atmosphere
