The kid is ready to shine, he is ready to prove himself on the big stage. Remember what he did last season before Preko benched him for no apparent reason. El Sueno is going to be ok with the U-20 squad count on it, wouldn't be surprised if a Euro team takes a look at him but hey it's too early to call at the moment so lets wait until the tournament starts and then we will go from there.

Hopefully he'll catch someone's eye. At the very least, we know he'll get some playing time in late September/early October (hopefully all the way through mid October).

It's a shame that Mayen didn't make it.

Although he stopped getting minutes with CDUSA.

Hopefully this pushes him to improve his game and be a factor for the USMNT after WC 2010.
