I keep getting a blank soccer365.com webpage instead of whatever subforum I click (it's random, so no point in giving you the specific forums - usually the MLS and USA ones). The address on the browser still says bigsoccer.com, but the page is a blue soccer365.com page with their website header and left menu bar, but with a blank central area.

This used to happen once in a while, but recently it's been happening over 50% of the time I click on a bigsoccer subforum. I've tried clearing cache, etc. and tried two different browsers (Firefox 3.5 and IE 8 on Vista 64), to no avail. Being logged in or logged off doesn't seem to make a difference either. Is this a known problem? I can't be the only one experiencing this?

Update: I searched the forum for mentions of soccer365 and saw some threads indicating that this is a skin. So when I got the soccer365 page now I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (about 3 or 4 screen lengths down) to finally find the thread.

I don't mind there being a different skin for the forum, except that I see three problems for bigsoccer:

One is that it looks like it's redirecting to another site as there's no mention of bigsoccer on the soccer365.com page.

Two, this appears so randomly without notice that it is disconcerting to a visitor

Three, is that it appears that the forum or thread that the visitor is trying to see is missing from that page, so I, for example, had been just hitting the back button and trying again. After about 2 or 3 tries I would just move on to the next forum. In other words, it was very confusing until I took the time to investigate it. This was made harder by the fact that I kept getting the broken page every time I was clicking the customer service forum. I was finally able to get through to the normal customer service forum on one try.

Four (bonus), that I'm just realizing now after using it a bit with the broken theme, is that I have to scroll down 3 or 4 pages before I get to the content I'm looking for, every time that this theme comes up. Frustrating.

Does that do anything? It's worth a try.

Do you see a dropdown menu at the bottom right of this screen? Have you tried selecting a skin through that menu?

I've had the same thing happen more than once too.

I thought maybe they were both run by the same company on the same set of servers/codebase and whatever was switching the skins was failing, but that seems unlikely.

I'd be interested to know what the deal is. BTW for me, it was just happening sometimes when I would just go to BS for the first time, like typing in bigsoccer.com in my browser.
