Default Well Mexico blew their chances at 2018/2022

As slim as their chances were they are now over.

-They booed our national anthem
-They intimidated the refs
-They threw beer, piss, and vomit at our players
-They acted like animals

Stay classy Mexico

Way to find the positives in this disappointing loss. They are a classy bunch though, those Mexicans. They have that to be proud of at least.

The ones that live here in Raleigh are pure trash too. I've been hit in the head with bottles at all 3 games vs Mexican clubs. One guy just threw a can at me from point blank range because I was chasing the guy with the Mexican flag to be funny.

As for the World Cup, money talks and Mexico said they were impressed with the new Dallas Cowboys stadium. The USA has some of the nicest stadiums in the world.

Its not his fault that they locked the restroom. Plus he did it in some bushes off to the side.

You guys throw piss all over the field, but I guess that is completely different since its mexican piss and its being thrown at american players.

They wouldn't let him in the bathroom. What did you want him to do, use a Gatorade bottle. If he wanted to make a statement he would have pissed in the middle of it. Not some dumb bushes on the sidelines. Our fans have never shown your country any disrespect in a game. We even stand for your national anthem. How did you treat ours yesterday? Your players can piss on any soccer field they want in the US during practice and we won't give a crap.

I think it should be held in the US, the stadiums are bigger and Mexicans can outnumber USNat fans by a bigger margin.

My roommate, who grew up 15 minutes away from Estadio Azteca, went out of his way to apologize to one of his friends (a 1st time viewer) that not all Mexicans were like that. The 1st time viewer didn't understand the intensity behind the rivalry. So I had to explain it to him. My roommate was embarrassed.

One of the Futbol Picante commentators also made a point of how disrespectful it was to boo another national anthem. And that Castillo brought nothing to the game except wanting to pick a fight.
