I'm sorry, I don't see your name on the list. This is a Galacticos private party.

My Dream Team:

Code:
-------------Iker---------------
--------Albiol----Pepe----------
Ramos-----------------Heinz/Marc
-----------Lass-----------------
--------------------------------
----------------Kaka------------
--------------------------------
---Robben-----------CRonaldo---
--------------------------------
--------Higuain---Benzema-------
Subs:
Iker: Don't care, some Castilla guy
LB: Marcelo, Torres, Heinze
Ramos: Torres
Albiol/Pepe: Metzelder, Garay, Ramos
Lass: MDiarra, Gago
Kaka: Gago, Sneijder
Robben: Raul, Higuain, Sneijder
CRonaldo: Marcelo, Sneijder, Raul
Higuain/Benz: Raul, Ruud, Negredo

IN:
Do not want Ribery. At all. Wouldn't even swap him and Robben straight. I think Ribery will just not fit well into the team. Also don't like his personality. All in all: He's one Galactico too much. I think Robben will flourish with the new midfield/striker talent. And I think he's perfectly capable of adopting to and shining in Pelligrini's system.
And where the hell would you guys fit in Xabi or Silva that some of you want so much?
IMO we just need a left back. But there are seemingly no good leftback options, at least not from what I've read here. Heinze or Marcelo will be fine IMO, they would rotate depending on needs (if we want to play defensively or offensively).

OUT:
Huntelaar: don't think he has a future here, but I think he has a bright future elsewhere, possibly EPL.
Guti: Not realistic, but I think he's more of a burden than an asset.
Salgado: Gone already
VDV: Sorry buddy. Never impressed me.
Javi Garcia: Lol. Try playing in Segunda.
Ruud: Possibly if anyone wants to take on his wage bill. Otherwise a good backup, but never a starting material aside from injury/suspension problems.
Drenthe: Has no future in RM. Maybe in the Greek league or something where he can pwn noobs until he's confident.

Full squad list:
Iker, SomeGK, Marcelo, Torres, Heinze, Ramos, Albiol, Pepe, Metz, Garay, Lass, MDiarra, Gago, Kaka, Sneijder, Robben, Higuain, Raul, CRonaldo, Benzema, Ruud, Negredo.
Adds up to 22 players + some random promising castilla guys.

Of course, this is totally unrealistic, as it seems that we will buy even more players, and who know's what Raul's role will be. Le sigh.

1. You cant play Lass as your only DM/CM with all the attacking players you have upfront. He is no makelele.

2. Kaka plays closer to the box and not deep in the midfield as you have him. You will have a large gap in your midfield.

3. Robben is a ball hoarder (like CR). We cant afford to have two of them on the field. I watched him play under several coaches at PSV, Chelsea, Madrid and Oranje, and I have never seen him play like if he was on a team. Football is 80% in the head but Robben has the wrong thought process. Ribery and Silva are upgrades over Arjen

4. One would drop either of Benz or pipita for a traditional CM like Xabi to coordinate the midfield

I'm waiting until our president says this:
Ok, there will be no more signings.

Then I can make a good lineup.
I just want to say one thing, I would be happy if Kaka played like he plays for brazil national team where everything goes through him. I don't want to see Kaka on the side. That wouldn't bring the best out of him.

My current dream-line up.(It still feels like a dream to me)

Casillas
Ramos---Pepe--Garay---Marcelo
Gago--Lass

Kaka

Ronaldo---Benzema---Robben.

Kaka has a free role. Ronaldo and Robben switching wings for fun. Gago and Lass in front of the back four. Kaka is still the best counter attacking player in the world IMO, and also capable of helping out Lass and Gago with his play-making ability, I felt he would flourish in a lone OMF position. This is the team I would field with our current squad list .

here is mine...

Casillas
Ramos---Pepe--Albiol---Arbeloa

Alonso--Lass

Kaka

Ronaldo---Benzema---Higuain
the reason for albiol next to pepe would be because they are both young and can dominate the CB positions for years if they get to know each other well.

Arbeloa is a better defender than marcelo and thats what we need with a good attack ... A GOOD SOLID DEFENCE

Alonso ahead of Gago anyday. I hope we can get him as a last minute deal. if not, i would be happy for gago to take that spot.

Higuain over Robben. that has the potential to be the most deadly strike force for the next 7-10 years.

Well, my current realistic (everything is when you have Florentino) formation looks like that:

---------------------------CASILLAS--------------------------------
----------------------------(DUDEK)---------------------------------
--------------------PEPE-------------ALBIOL-----------------------
------------------(GARAY)-----------(METZELDER)
-----RAMOS-------------------------------------------CLICHY
---(ARBELOA)-----------------------------------------(MARCELO)
---------------------------LASSANA
--------------------------(MAHMOUDO)
---------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------GAGO
---------------------------------------(LASSANA)
---------------------------
----------------------------KAKA'
--------------------------(SNEIJDER)
-----------
-----------HIGUAIN---------------------------C.RONALDO
------------(RAUL)-----------------------------(**GUTI)
---------------------------BENZEMA
----------------------------(NEGREDO)------

*4-3-3
With that squad we can compete for all three cups including the Worlds Club Cup.
Arbeloa, and Clichy are the two new players I included in the formation with no mention of M.Torres.
Lassana can cover the CM role? No?----
And I assume Hunty leaves and Negredo stays.---------------------

IMO Raul cant be benched, at least another year.

There is goin to be problems if he is benched, so a lil adjustment to your Formation but i like yours

Instead have Raul in front of Higuain and we should sign another floating striker,

as Higuain will battle Benzema for that Striker role

Switch sides for Raul and CRonaldo and have CRonaldo drop a lil into midfield at times.

IMO we should keep VDV for backing up CR7 but with some adjustments idk how but for me he has REALLY impressed me at some point so has Sneijder, so in a way we need to keep them.

Sell
Ruud(Good times)
Robben
Huntlaar
(loan) Drenthe

We Need
Arbeloa
Another up n coming Striker
Xabi Alonso be nice
