I am biased but ONE of the best would have to be Landon Donovan. I do not think he is the best/#1 but he takes a lot of penalties and converts them. I would also keep in mind that this is a best penalty taker thread and not a "best players in the world who just so happen to take good penalties"/ thread. Seriously, Donovan scores a lot of goals from penalties. Here comes the heat from the euro fans... I can take it. (also Gerrard is pretty clinical at the spot)
