DDR took one of the most crucial PK's ever, he was the 3rd Italian shooter in a WC Final and it came right after Trezeguet's miss, normally (80% of the time)after the other team misses it is followed with another miss, DDR however established a 3-1 advantage and his PK was a beauty, it was he who established the Azzurri's firm grip on the shootout, he delivered when it mattered most and should be on this list,

Doubt you've watched them enough.
Kaka certainly has missed a one or two at least in Serie A. Del Piero has missed a fair few in his career.
