Depending on what country you live in, you might be able to make a Bet365.com account (free and without credit card) and see matches streaming live and in decent quality. However it varies from country to country, I know in Italy it blocks you from accessing the free streams.
I know of one that is almost money every time, but not so sure if it's good enough for Reggina games. MSG if you want it, don't want it to go down because it has in the past.

I think they claim they aren't doing anything illegal because they aren't the ones who are actually hosting the matches or streaming the matches, they simply compile all the links into one spot for easy searching.
