Alberto. If the stadium is ready by the 2010 season, I think everyone will be happy that the stadium is here and we can suffer another full year at G.S.. Call it the Kiss my (_|_) farewell tour.

As of 4:00 quitting time today via the webcam ...
If you look at the far left of the new section, they put in place the first angled beam, that reaches down to the field.
Also, if you look at the bottom left edge of the admin building, they have started building out from the main structure with supports for that section's angled seating beams.

They're installing the steel frame for the actual seating area right now. Looks to be pretty steep

Our stadium will definatly be the class of the league...maybe even North America. We waited forever for this to happen but I think its definatly worth the wait. We will be the envy of every team in MLS

You say Red Bull Arena may even be the best soccer stadium in North America, tell me what other stadium for soccer ONLY in all of North America is better? It's the best designed soccer facility in the entire North America, it may not have the most seating capacity as HDC does, but this stadium is something all Red Bulls fans should have pride about. You'll have a few Galaxy fans that would challenge this, but I say Home Depot Center don't even come close to Red Bull Arena as a world class soccer facility...

From the looks of it RBA looks like the only SSS that wasnt built on the cheap and built to last, the others look like cheap prefab shyte

Re: New Red Bull Stadium Contruction Thread
North America is not only US.
Mexico and Canada are part of our continent as well
Esadio Azteca I can tell you was not cheaply built and it looks like a stadium that you woiuld be able to find anywhere in the world.
The new Vancouver Waterfront Stadium doesnt look so cookie cutter to me either for a USL team.
Im not saying RBA is not the class of the league because MLS does indeed have some prety crappy stadiums. Im just thinking out side of the box here. Untill we see it fully built we wont know for sure what we have. It certainly looks good on paper.
With that said Bring on 2009 already.
