We're coming up on ten years old. We'll be selling and giving away a ton of stuff to celebrate. Now you can win a free jersey in the BigSoccer Store if your design for a celebratory shirt gets picked! We'll be putting all the submissions online for our users to vote on, and then we'll get them printed. Perhaps more than one design will get chosen. So start your creative minds and send 'em in!

    10th anniversary T-shirt Idea

Here's my idea for the t-shirt. I hope it gets chosen. I thought it would be really cool if you made a jersey-type t-shirt. You could put a variety of colors, and use the famous #10 as the number to signify the 10th anniversary. Here's the template I created:

For some reason, i'm thinking MLS 1996. Hopefully not too many colors would be in the design, but I like the #10.

By colors, I meant one solid color to fill the shirt, instead of being plain white.

How long do we have for this? I'm gonna need till at least the begining of next week.

If I can have that much time, I'll win this thing.

(this is a contest, isn't it?)

By 'we' do you mean yourself and others that have the site's good to think of?

Or does my above submission have a chance? :D

(Oh, I've also decided that your logo and color scheme are outdated and needed help, so I designed new branding for you cause I couldn't sleep last night.)

Tried it out, wanted to keep the original logo intact, with a minor modification. Figured we could put the text on the front page to make it a little "mysterious" to make people look at the back.

    t-shirt contest

Here's my idea for a t-shirt - with infinite variations possible, of course. I started off with a sampling from UEFA and CONCACAF, but could very easily pull together one for other regions - even leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Bundeliga, MLS, etc.)

Production may cost more to produce different shirts, but in the end you'd get a better representation of BigSoccer.com as a whole - a very diverse and increasingly global website.

Here's my entry... I basically designed it as a soccer kit in Illustrator. The gold bits are open mesh so you don't get sweaty armpits :D I also didn't have the Bigsoccer logo so I made my own 10th anniversary logo. Any feedback is welcome.

I love the logo. Put this logo on a t-shirt, and you have a winner.

I thought you'd be a Crew fan for certain with that design. :D It is good though.

When I saw this thread, all I could think of was Kenn Tomasch's classic ThreeSixOne cover...

I have come up with a second idea. I think this one is more creative and original than my first idea. This is a good one (atleast I think it is):

That could be the World Rivalries entry.

    My entry:

Just block lettering on a white t-shirt:

"A Decade's worth of productivity. Gone."

And just the logo on the back with maybe a snazzy little number "10" or "95-05" somewhere.
