Man, I want DCU schwag. Is bad that my only motivation to get a better job is to be able to afford season tickets? Either way, it probably explains why I haven't been offered said better job.
In my experience, when someone offers you a better job, there's always a catch. They either want you to work harder, or work longer hours, or have "qualifications", whatever that means...
Ah, yes. That does make sense. Like I said, stupid question. I just saw it plastered on everything in the box, and didn't really have time to think it through. I'm just glad it is nothing like MPF.

I've been a STH since 96 and this is perhaps by far the best set of goodies United has provided its Season Ticket Holders. This is no doubt a thank you for sticking with the club after some really miserable seasons. Still, judging by the massacre of STHs in section 307, the STH base for United has dropped by a huge number compared to 2 or 3 years ago. I know that United was up in the mid 7k FSEs in 2008 and you just could not get seats in 307. This year we were able to pretty much pick where we wanted to sit. Overall, this does not bode well for attendance this year. And it will take a while to repair the damage. The more I think about it the more you have to wonder how on earth did Payne and Kasper keep their roles given the scale of the debacle that has been United over the last couple of years.
In the past, when the giveaway was a scarf or a shirt (or whatever), there would be one for each ticket (we have 4). This year there was just one of each item, except for the discount cards and patches. While the presentation was nice this year, I kinda prefer the old way.
That's happened to me several times. Just call and they'll square you away. I get 7 season tickets and I got 1 scarf too. I have no interest in the scarf though so I'll let it go.
Didn't think of it that way. I have so many scarves from all the years since '96, and most of the time it's too hot to wear them. Of course, don't tell them this, but the only way I'm not getting season tickets is if they move out of the area.
Still waiting on my 10 game plan tickets to show up. Not a problem until the 19th. Then a big problem.
