Re: 2009-2010 Offseason Doesn't suprose me at all. His only attribute was being good at defending crosses in the error. I thought he was awful at everything else. Our tall draft guy (Cadenas?) sounds like a good replacement for him.

Re: 2009-2010 Offseason Don't really know what to make of this, but this site ranks all MLS teams (and players) market value...we come in at #2 behind Toronto. On the individual player rankings, it has Jimmy Conrad at #18, Claudio Lopez at #5, and Santiago Hirsig at #3 overall.

The market values are way off (Besler worth more than Gonzalez?) and the transfer values are wrong too (Wyne was not a transfer from UCLA to Toronto). The mistakes make the other interesting values questionable, like Zoltan's transfer fee and especially Alex, the new defender on LA.

Re: 2009-2010 Offseason I'm not too surprised about Hartman. Since we didn't protect him in the expansion draft. But Lopez not being resigned kind of surprises me since we did protect him.
Re: 2009-2010 Offseason Unless maybe he is expensive (relatively) and they are waiting to see how others do ..... I am surprised also, he really came on the back half of last season and became one of the better players. Complete 360 in my attitude towards him, early in the season (and under Onalfo in gen) I thought he was pretty useless, talented but playing for the wrong team.
Re: 2009-2010 Offseason We haven't protected Hartman the past few years in the expansion draft. The fact that we did or didn't protect someone in the expansion draft means little when it comes to re-signing players.
