Sodexo just sent out an email asking for workers. Hello All, We have a world Cup Qualifier here at Crew Stadium on February 11. This will be a full stadium sell out event. The game will be at 7:30pm With Gates at 5:30pm. Group leads in at 3:00pm rest of group by 4:30pm. ALL Locations will sell alcohol. The minimum will be 40.00 per person for this event. I am working on the locations set ups now, and will have that information out as soon as possible. I will have the following types of locations available. 6 Large concession Stand 16-20 people 28 Beer ports 2-3 people 4 Bud Trailers 3-4 people 4 Grills 5-6 people 1 Dono Stand 5 people 4 Nacho Beer carts 3-4 people each 1 Pulled pork 3 people 1 Philly Cheese 3 people. Agreed. Sudexho could just be covering their bases so they have the staff 'if'. They can always go back and say, sorry we're not needed that day rather than, oh hey can I get you to drop your plans and come in?
Reasons I believe this: 1) Steve Goff hasn't "confirmed" the bogus ESPN report 2) Jack Bell, the second most well-connected soccer writer in the US, made it seem no decision has been made in his column today. 3) No credible source has confirmed the reports out of Mexico. As I said in the other thread, why would anybody in Mexico know the location before someone like Steve Goff would?
The dateline for the column was the 15th. He said the announcement should come Tuesday (today). Not much longer to wait from the sounds of it.

Oh god I hope so. USA-Mexico in C-bus tends to be the highlight of my 4 years. I'd be very disappointed if it was off in SLC, especially considering our history with USA-Mexico. It'd feel like a betrayal.
